Standard Programs For some multinational clients, we deliver standard training programs that address typical performance concerns. These training events are offered to participant groups who are typically cross-functional, multicultural, and multinational. Our experienced consultants are comfortable working in training venues around the world.
Consulting and Customization For other multinational clients, SMS has designed highly customized training and consulting interventions. In order to provide this training to participants in diverse regions, functions, and languages, SMS draws upon our international network of highly experienced senior consultants. Licensee Delivery and Multilingual Training SMS has a growing worldwide network of international licensees. These allied organizations are all locally respected consulting and training companies. Our licensees offer SMS programs to their own clients. SMS programs are carefully translated into local languages, and each licensee can draw on skilled local trainers and consultants who are fully certified in SMS programs. Over many years, SMS licensees have produced high-quality, sensitive adaptations of SMS programs that account for national and cultural differences.
