This management training and communication skills program teaches participants how to communicate with strength and purpose. The benefit to participants is that at the end of the program they have a clear picture of their individual communication style and what they need to work on to increase their effectiveness. This program can be anywhere from a half to three days in length. It can be customized to fit a particular groups needs.
Positive Negotiation Program:
This management training and communication skills program teaches participants how to manage conflict and create agreements that last. The benefit to participants is that at the end of the program they have a clear picture of their individual negotiation style and what they need to work on to increase their effectiveness. This program can be anywhere from a one to three days in length. It can be customized to fit a particular groups needs.
Customized Communication Programs: Situation Management Systems can create original programs to deal with either specialized groups or more senior groups. In some cases off the shelf communication management training programs are not enough for the specialized communication needs of certain groups. There are many more options for communication and management training available from Situation Management Systems.
