The Influential Problem Solver: DESCRIPTION

Participants will:

• Review the PPI influence model for analyzing face to face problem solving situations with others.
• Learn and practice a practical seven-step Problem Solving Method for analyzing problems, making decisions and managing risk.
• Learn and practice key interaction skills for generating stronger stakeholder cooperation, commitment and buy-in.
• Develop a personalized approach for solving a wide range of problems with others upon return to work.

As a result of this workshop, participants will be better able to:

• Influence/motivate others to collaborate with them in solving problems.
• Solve complex problems with others quickly while under pressure.
• Overcome tacit agreement and generate true consensus among stakeholders.
• Keep others focused and calm during crises.
• Sell recommendations to others more effectively.
• Share information with others in clearer and more concise manner
• Make more persuasive and compelling presentations to others.

How is the program delivered?

The Influential Problem Solver can be conducted internally using certified trainers. Client organizations may also choose to conduct the program using internal facilitators trained and certified by our firm. Open enrollment sessions are also available.
