The NSQ DATA CRUNCHER is a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet with an instruction booklet. This spreadsheet is set up so you can enter your NSQ data into it and complete your Pre-Program analysis without hand drawing graphs. Because it is a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, it behaves as such. These instructions assume the user of this tool has some experience using spreadsheets.
The NSQ DATA CRUNCHER consists of three computer files in a ZIP archive:

To open and print the PDF version you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and can be downloaded from Adobe at
Once you open and print the ndc_instruct.pdf file, follow the instructions outlined there.
